Thin Ice Warning !!!

From WXXA Fox 23.....Department of Environmental Conservation is warning snowmobilers and ice fisherman to be aware of thin ice on the Great Sacandaga Lake. On Sunday, two snowmobilers broke through the ice, but only suffered minor injuries. Recent warmer temperatures helped to melt some ice especially in the area of the Batchellerville Bridge.

Watch out for pressure ridges and thinning ice near shore, springs and inlets. Be careful out there mates...cheers
