Minn Kota trolling motor f/s

I have a Minn Kota 40 lb thrust All Terrain for sale. It is a bow mount, foot controlled style, 42 inch shaft, 12 volt. I have had it about 1 year and bought it new.
 
I am having the shaft replaced, I cracked it when I hit a stump at Tamarak Lake. Everything still works, just needs the shaft replaced which Minn Kota is doing for no charge since their composite shafts are guaranteed for life.
