trough creek and surroundings

I am working in Martinsburg next week (March 3-4). Did a bit of searching online, and Trough creek is pretty close i see? Will I be legally allowed to fish there at that time? If not, anywhere else close by to wet a line? Thanks everyone.

Drake, I fish either way, whatevr conditions demand.

So with all of the above listed waterways, is it legal at that time, in light of the fact that it will be march? Are any of those extended trout season waters? Or can I fish for other species in any of them? Thanks for the help everyone, I appreciate it.

There is a c&r  FFO stretch on Yellow Creek that is open year round. There are some wild browns and hold-over browns & bows there. It's a nice stretch. Also, Martinsburg is about 45 minutes from the little Juniata river, which is open year round and is full of wild and fingerling stocked browns. There are a few little spring creeks near martinsburg that i'll PM you about which are worth checking out if you like a challenge.
