anyone see any deer lately?

If you do, take a picture, since they're gonna be extinct now that xbows are legal.  You can show your grandchildren some day.

Isn't that the plan. Check out the video on the PSE TAC15-----1" groups at 100 yards with rifle trigger pull. Of course Obama may outlaw it because it resembles an AR-15.

Yeah, I have been waiting for such a crossbow, I mean, this kind of crossbow is the real hunting crossbow, like hunters used in the mediaval times.

Somehow, I think deer, as a species, will survive.

OMG, what are the guys who sit in the same spot every year (like they're waiting for a bus) gonna do when "their" deer doesn't show up for his date with death this year???  It'll be anarchy!  Anarchy, I tell you!

I saw one Saturday morning.. on my front grill of the truck.  I've hit 2 deer in the last 3 months, going 25 mph.  Neither counted for herd reduction.

     -- Gotta git 'em somehow.

    It's horrible though.

This lady won 46 million dollars .. bought a bunch of land, now won't let anyone hunt it, and she won't shoot doe.  She'd got so many food source and it the land supports 120 deer per square mile.

So now -- every trip to my parents, I get to drive 25 mph and almost hit deer every time through, during low light.  I just knock them over, they roll, get up and they continue on.

Already have a stand there.   But I never hunted it.  They do own 6 arces with an outstanding funnel.  Wind is usually pretty good too.  Every year, we see a big one, or get one on camera, or find just one huge rub.  Seems as if a biggen passes thru after the peak of the rut .. third/fourth week of November.   If there weren't so many does, I'd consider hunting it the last week.  Anyone wanna drive 50-60 mph for some HR ?

The local warden busted 6 poachers there last year.  That oughta help the deer ratio's.

I don't know DD -- brookie seems a little "fishy" -- no pun intended.

You must have some good hunting close to home to pass up a setup like that.
