DEC wants your input for 2010 Proposed Regulation changes

Want to become part of the fishing regulation process? The Department is soliciting feedback through April 10, 2009, on what fishing regulations may be proposed later this year. Here's the link...http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/51001.html

I have read the changes and really see them all as positive. No drastic changes that would hamper sport fishing and should help in the long run.
any thoughts as to what one might not agree on ?

one other positive is the state decided to drop the trout stamp and marine license in favor of a total license increase instead. Which I agree, an example of the increase would be a $10.00 increase on a super sportsman from $68.00 to $78.00. The other single license fees would increase as well if bought separately.
