Help...The Ice Master II Ice Auger/Power Drill Conversion Kit

Has anyone used The Ice Master II Ice Auger/Power Drill Conversion Kit that turns your hand auger and cordless drill into a power auger? I already have 2 Strikemaster Mora 6 inch ice augers that work great. Problem is I have a bad elbow and the hand auger is killing me but there is no way can I justify spend $300 - $400 for a gas auger or an Icegator to cut the 12 or so holes I need each time I go fishing. I was looking to better use what I already have and figured this was a cheap alternitive if it works.

If you have used The Ice Master II ....What do you think of it? What kind/size drill do you use? How many holes can you drill on a full charge?
                              I appreciate any input...Tight Lines...Cheers

I already have 2 Strikemaster Mora 6 inch ice augers. Buying another auger not an option but was looking to better use what I have.

Works great! Just make sure you don't leave the drill lay on the ice as the cold seems to kill the battery. Also, bring an extra battery and try to keep it warm. I have used a small cooler for the batteries, obviously with no ice.
FYI FishUsa sells this item for $19.95.

Better make sure that conversion kit has an attachment so if your chuck comes loose your auger doesn't go into the drink. Check out the Ice Kicker 1. MAde here in Erie. You can find them on Ebay.

I've used the ice kicker with a hand drill for the last five years.  Love it!  I use a 6 inch auger with it.  It really works if you use a good drill.  I bought a cheap drill that didn't work.  Then I bought a craftsnam 19.2 volt and it works great.  Make sure you bring along an extra battery or 2 and you might love it too.
