Chasing Lakers ... with mixed results.

So me and a buddy took a road trip in search if Lakers, met up with 3-4 other guys we know. Hit the parking lot 1st light (it was -7 degrees) but not a big deal in here ....

Nice and toasty, sweatshirt, no gloves & hat
 


No tip ups today just jigging. The rest of the crew were using the same set up's lures, depth etc ...we could not hook up at all Yet they did pretty good with fish like this ...

I managed one shorty not even worth a pic.   

This was another Mike fish "broke back laker" LOL
 

Todd is still a Laker virgin, sorry buddy !! We''ll get them next time.

I can't say i did not have a good time, always good to be out and it was comfortable all day  ...  just a little frustrated since fish were being caught but we could not hook up ?!!?

    It's fun ... and plenty of ice in these parts now  ... hell i don't even like anything less than 5"-6" !!
     
    Just dress warm unless you have shelter & heat (i can't do with out it now) LOL that's my old side coming out.
