I think Marty is referring to the public launch at Fireman's beach on Aldina Dr.  Turn off 322 at the National City Bank towards the lake (north) and you will see the public access on the right.  launch is at the north end of the parking lot.

The Fish & Boat Commish also "maintains" a launch at the North End of the lake.  Off 618 just north of the Park's parking lots.  Turn east on I believe it is Comstock St. (there is a little brown sign to help find it) and the launch is back in towards the lake.

The Fireman's Beach launch is deeper at the launch but shallow as soon as you leave the basin of the ramp.  Be careful.  The north end launch as a BIG shoal right out in front of it you have to be EXTREMELY careful not to bash your prop.  I always go out of the north end very slow and the motor trimmed up.

The launch at the North End is marked where the shoal is. Storm is right it is Comstock at the north end then take the first road to the left. You won't miss it. I do believe there is a launch at Iriquois but it is a private launch for members of the boat club there.

The only public launch's is the two, that Storm listed above, the only difference is Fireman's beach you have to pay to launch and is a little easier to launch from and the Fish & Boat Commish is free but no docks to help launch from.

Yes you have to pay at firemans beach and it will cost you 6 bucks to launch. Granted there are times there is nobody at the booth and you can get in for free but this is getting very rare.

There is another launch at the very north end, not sure what it's called (not fireman's beach though). You may have trouble with weeds though too. Conneaut has had bad weeds problems for the past few years.

Conneaut Lake has ALWAYS had a lot of weeds, that's why the fishing is so good.  There used to be excellent perch fishing, but now that is gone, but the 'gills, crappies, bass and to some degree northern fishing more than makes up for it.

i was up there this weekend.  the weeds on the north end are actually lower than usual at this time of year.  the water level on my dock was down about 9 inches to a foot.

The weeds in the north end are normally keep down for a month or two after they dump that stuff in the lake. They just did it a few weeks ago if I remember correct also if they are out mowing normally keeps the weeds down at least a few feet below the water surface.

Strom the perch aren't gone they just don't get bigger then about 6 inches any more. I'm thinking the bowfin might have something to do with that.
