Fly Lines???

I just got an 8 weight fly rod for Christmas and I was wondering what some good lines are that are around $15-$40? I will probably be using this setup rivers and streams no wider than 50 yards, so I was also wondering if I should get double taper or weight forward line? Thanks

Get a good DT, with an eight wt you really don't need a WF.  This sites store has all kinds of fly lines in all price ranges.  Give em a call an see what you can work out.

I have found that for working the Yough I prefer a double taper as well.  It just seems easier to roll-cast and mending is much easier with the double taper....
