Just took a walk over to lower 4 mile, the creek looked nice except for the lower hole. It would be tough to fish the ice dunes on the side look a little shaky to fish from you would have to stand in the water. The water color isn't bad in the riffles i can see bottom, the hole is pretty murky with ice chunks and debri floating in it....Hope this helps....
