    according to the above scale the approximate weight would have been around 77 1/2 lbs.........Holy friggin fish Batman!

    Here are some more scale results
     
    Input was in Inches with a specified length of 57 and girth of 33


          Standard weight calculation:
            77.59lbs or 35.19kg
          Wilkinson's weight calculation:
            74.10lbs or 33.61kg
          Crawford's weight calculation:
            65.24lbs or 29.59kg
          Casselman and Crossman calculation:
            70.74lbs or 32.08kg
          Doug Hannon's weight calculation:
            66.14lbs or 30.00kg

    The weight i got off the scale on the website was 77lbs and change.  Give or take 5lbs and thats still a monster.  Look at all the monsters lee hartman and his wife caught out of that waterway.   I can't remember the other couple that fished it but combined they had 10 fish over 60lbs!!!

    Hartman and his wife caught many HAWGS there, but later admitted to padding the weight of his 67 lb 15 oz on the way to the scale. 
     
    The other couple you mentioned is Art Lawton & his wife..  Art's record also underwent and still does quite a bit of scrutiny...........Many of those fish are reported to have been netted by indians who were dynamiting for the pilings.   Still a pile of hogs in that water.

    Yep a 77lber would go home.  The season was in at that time.w_w.
