I agree allot of ducks arond PI right now but they are almost all either blue bills or coots. The limit on blue bills is only 1 per person so be carefl and identify your birds before you shoot. We hunted in the layout box today and got 6 bills and 1 male buffhead. Good luck.

I have yet to have a problem either.  If you know and follow the rules they can't get you for anything.  Get educated on the laws before hunting.

well I'll swear by it, i signed my duck stamp, but being I'm a waterfowl hunter, my tags and stamp were soaking wet and alot of the ink has ran off or smeared.

After the season ends if any of you fellows throw your stamps away i'd appreciate if someone would send me one as i collect them along with u.s postage stamps. Send a p.m and i'll send my address if you don't want it. Used to hunt ducks many years ago but haven't hunted them in about 20 years.

If you can figure out away to keep them mint and unsigned there are people bidding on new ones on ebay. I used to get one at the post office with a margin around the stamp and i signed that. I was never checked here in somerset county so i'm not sure what big brother would say to that. The biggest problem is keeping them dry when hunting. Once the gum is gone they are no longer considered new even if not signed.

Put your liscense in a zip lock baggie and then in your holder and nothing will get wet.  Been doing it for years and never had a problem.

Anyone can buy one at the post office or even online, why would I not sign mine? As far as signed stamps, I think I have duplicates for the last few years. Tell me what you want and I will root around later and see what I have.

I should have phrased it older mint ones. I know you can buy them for the last 2 years from the postal service. I'll look tonight for ones i need and send you an email. I also have a couple duplicates of older ones if your interested in trading a few.

OK, that makes sense. I have three or four people buying stamps at my house, I normally save a few stamps but I don't really do anything with them. Every stamp I would have is signed, I don't mind mailing them if there is anything you want and I have it...
