P-Flash

It's been ask before, how ever never anwser. I was fishing this weekend and did well on wooly buggers. However the fella below me said his was stripping a P-Flash. What is a P-Flash Fly and how do you ty it (recipe). Thanks Mike R.

    shoulda been at BAC on the 2nd they were tying them like crazy. funny because i saw the paper that morning and that the was fly the pros recommended. psssss the pros were bac lol
