Favorite nymphs in clear water

Sure it's been asked before but just curious your favorite nymphs in clear water, and in what size do you prefer....

    size 16 or 18 beadtail caddis--green or cream color
    size 14 stonefly                          
    small PT's 16, 18, 20 with or without a bead

    depends on the stream, but I've taken a real liking to Czech nymphs in all conditions lately.  Color and size varies by water conditions, but for the most part tan with brown, olive with black, and orange with brown are my trout colors (add in pink with black for grayling).  I'll start with a 14 for normal and clear conditions and drop in size as appropriate.
     
    If there are considerable mayflies around, an thin bodied olive emerger style nymph is tough to beat.

    14-12 sulphur nymph tied on a curved caddis hook.
    No bead or additional weight.

    I've been having lots of luck on a very simple peacock herl beadhead in 14 & 16.
     
    I don't know what it's immitating but the trout are attacking agressively.
