Fly fishing pocket guide

Anybody know of a good pocket guide for flies? I am looking for something to keep in my vest while fishing Pine Creek, something that has color pictures and maybe even waterproof...
 
I know this isn't the actual fly fishing board, but as I read these posts I realize more and more the amount of knowledge that is in here...
