10-19-08 Conn. Perch

Every boat had to limit out. Some boats with 5 guys were heading in at 11:00 AM. We started fishing in 74' N-NE. Dropped the anchor and started crankin'. Very nice size to start with so we were very picky. 2 limits quickly, then it got tough to catch a 10"er. We moved 1/2 mile west and caught nothing but throw backs.
Just about ready to leave when we started to catch the best fish of the day. Many 10"-13". Salties & shinners on the bottom,,, red stacker rigs.
Don't put the boat away yet!
