Yough Lake

Anyone been fishing lately...I am thinking about heading out this w/e to get my boat out for the first time...May not even fish, but just ride around.

Spent Saturday & Sunday there.  The smallie bite is on.  Got fish on almost everything I threw.  Topwater, tubes, flukes, senkos, dropshot.  I'd be there again this weekend, but I'm heading to the Lower Niagara for smallies.

Here's an 18" smallie that my buddy caught on Saturday.  It was quite skinny.

Better use Dynamite there HarryApe.  That will be the only way you catch them.

Went to lake on Sat instead of Thur. Took Ax along to net fish for me. Got 10 bass 12-19 inches both small mouth and large mouth , Only 1 walleye 24 incher plus several channel cats all caught jigging a crawler in 15 ft of water
