Did alright with buggers from the boat, didn't try poppers.

Gates three and five have been open the last couple days at one foot each. The fishing has been good to excellent.

I heard somewhere that they've picked up in the river but I, personally, haven't seen one caught yet and I fish it almost everyday.

Saw a big muskie cruising through the shallow riffles about 100 yards below the dam yesterday afternoon. It was honestly atleast a 40-45 inch class fish.

Starting to see more and more dead trout floating downstream. The heat is really taking it's toll making it tough fishing if you're after them. Best to try early morning or late evening. Alot of them are oblivious to caddis right now as, in frustration, I put a green weenie on yesterday and had steady action for about 30 minutes.

The walleye fishing has been very good for the last month.
