Glendale or Yellowcreek reports?

Just wondering if anything is biting at either of these two lakes.  Going up to the inlaws this weekend and they live in Ebensburg and I will be dragging the boat with me.  Crappies hitting at Glendale?  Are the weeds bad yet? Last year in June I hit Gdale with my father in law and the weeds were horrible.

I have not been to either lake so far this year but ive been to others around the area and the fishing is decent for bass, panfish, and pike.  Yellow creek holds more bigger pike if your into them id check that place out.

Fished Glendale Sunday and the bite was slow on crappies.  Also, the fish were small.   Probably get a little crowded up there this weekend.

Went up Glendale first weekend in May and people were doing good on crappie, they were small though (8-9 inches). I hate to say that you might have missed the crappie bite up there. But it wouldn't hurt to go try. They are probably a little deeper now.

P.S As you probably know, a bad day hunting or fishing is a lot better than a day at work or school.
