1998 johnson outboard

I'm posting this for a buddy of mine ,here's all he told me: 98 johnson that is a 9.9 but carburated to be a 15 hp with controls ,low hours @ 30 he said , he also said it was a long shaft $1000.00 OBO  If anyone is interested i can get his phone #    Thanks Paul

    Don't have any pics at this time. We are located about 12 miles south of pittsburgh . If you are still interested i could get some pics but it wouldn't be till monday at the earliest , he is out of town for the weekend. Thanks Paul

    Its still for sale . His number is 412-401-3011 ask for john . Call after 4 pm he doesnt take his phone to work . I'll tell him to be on the look out for your call
