Upper Allegheny Report

Here is the report as i promised. I fished from Port Allegheny to Eldred over the weekend.  The water was low and clear but did manage to pick up some smallies and one small pike.  The best fishing, by far, was near port allegheny.  Closer to Eldred the water was slow and has tons of fallen timber in the river but very little weed or rock cover for the smaller fish.  I saw 3 muskie around port allegheny spooked 2 and had a follow but didnt get it to bite.
