Somerset lake cats.

Anyone been out for cats yet.  We got a real nice one last year 26 inch channel cat on big shiners nice fight.

    I fished Somerset this evening for a few hours.  It was my first outing there from a boat.  Spent more time exploring than fishing but caught a good many crappies, nothing huge, and a channel cat about 19".  Crappies were caught on minnows and the channel on a shiner.

    I wasn't after them but last thursday i caught three on a daredevel, one about 24, one about 15 and a small one. Had been catching a few on nightcrawler harness but none since thursday.
