Release Loop

I had to have my string replaced. I had the shop install a loop for my release(always just attached it to the string).

My problem is now my release and nocks are hitting did he tie it to short or do I need to change my nocks?
I only had my bow when I stopped at lunch time to get it done and told him I'd do the fine tuning at home. Won't do that again. LOL

My loop is about an inch long. But I shoot a very small G nock.

If they are contacting each other I would have to assume that would cause inconsistent arrow flight; it seems it would "kick" the arrow to one side or the other.  I would have your shop do another one for you, they can put them on in practically no time and if it is a good shop he will most certainly do it for free(not that it would be pricey).  Just my 2 cents....

I'm with esox, I'd try to get the shop to redo the loop.  That'd be easier than getting new nocks for all my arrows.  When I got my D-loop, I bought my arrows at the same time and at the same place, so I'm sure the shop guy made sure everything was right.  I'm not even sure that there are different nocks for D-loop setups, altho I guess anything is possible.

The loop is TOO short!! I would bring it back and show them, if it a "GOOD" shop they will replace IT!! If not find some one else!!

    Thanks Guys,
I'm gonna shoot it a few more times tomorrow and if the loop doesn't stretch I'll take it in on Monday.
