i went fishing today was casting small nymphs at lake pleasent with my redington 4 piece 9' 5# rod when snap about 12" from the tip came off im pretty careful with my rods i check them before i fish for nicks and keep them in a tube,never leave them in a hot car ,got that one in 2002 for about 350 redington claimed then that they would back them for life of owner anxious to see if they keep their claim sent it this afternoon to the company

    I broke a 7wt redington last year fishing in new york.  They were quick to get a new rod back to me. It took them a little over a week and the new one was here.   Hope you have the same good luck.

    I too have had good service with Redington warranty. UPS Ground to Bainbridge Island, WA is 5 bus days.  I had a new rod back in 11 bus. days.w_w.

    If it has fins and gills, I'm there.

    Yes Redington is without a doubt a great company i fell down a hill up in ny salmon/steelhead fishing took em one day to turn it around and ship me a new one very friendly people too you shouldnt have any problems

    you guys had it correct redington was great sent me a new rod and it was in 1 week from the time i sent it what great service

    HAD GREAT SERVICE FROM THEM A COUPLE TIMES. GOOD COMPANY
