I don't think there are many places where you can do both effectively/productively. But one place I have seen is Labrador and Northern Quebec/Hudson bay... The Brookies are strictly streambred northern monsters up to 10 lbs and they flly out to sea run Char fishing on the coastal rivers. Google fishQuebec or Quebec outfitters and you are sure to find them. I have an acquaintence who did it and conditions are rustic at best, its always damp and cool,with large biting bugs, hit the Brookies well, but the fly out day for Char was shortened by weather. Caution,it is very pricy. Especially now that the American dollar is in the cra----r. Good luck
