Mechanical dove decoys?

Here in PA I know the battery powered ones are illegal...but how 'bout the ones that are "wind driven"?
 
I'm at work - and there is an on going discussion...I cant open the adobe files on the PGC web site...
 
I'll have to look at last years regs when I get home....

    From what I understand, wind motion decoys are fine to use.  We use them duck hunting and see many more using them so I think you're okay.  Best to double-check though before you go and purchase anything.

    Perfectly legal.  Of course I bought mine the same year all my spots went belly up so I haven't even seen a dove while I was using them.
