Geneva State Park Question

Going out of Geneva S.P. how far off shore is 50 foot of water. I believe the depth is faster than off Cleveland.

Thanks ahead of time.

Thanks leadman. I am looking mostly for the perch and smallies. Off Chagrin and Cleveland the taper is more gradual. This would make the eyes alittle closure. I use a 14ft deep Starcraft. I can use this for inland crappie too.

    Thanks again.

smallies you can get off fairport good rocky bottom and you can get leaches at the bait shop also use tube jigs if you want you can go to conn off the breakwall you have safe harbor and as soon as you hit the end of the wall your in 42 or 44ft just a bit further by land but at conn the perch are hot now

Thanks  alot. Did not know the charts were on line. Made a copy of the area and the scale so it will put me in the ball park.

If it ever calms down maybe I 'll see you there.

    Leadman ,

Fished today and got one limit of perch in 59 feet of water. Lake was flat so it was a good day.  Forgot the GPS at home,,,,,in a hurry. I know I was a little east in between the ladge and the next big white building east....

Half minnows were working better than whole mnnows.

got board by the coast guard out front also. no problem there
