I found a nice deal on COOP on Monday after they announced their sale and major bump. Still at $119, with sale price being $143, it is a free 20%. It was one of my winners before I liquidated. Waiting for the clown to tank the market. With vehicles looking to be a good $5k-$10k moron tax added to them, got to play the game. Bet most of his brain dead supporters didn’t think to do so. Most are living off of fixed incomes and unable to play anyway. Suckers.

Bought a meat grinder last week for $100, sold it a few days ago for $1250. To easy to make a quick buck off the net these days.

This one was just a smaller Hobart benchtop 4812.  Just put a new cord and plug on it since I have a few spools of cord and a bunch of commercial plugs. Nothing wrong with the old one but just makes it nice for resale.

Have way to many commercial Buffalo chopper/grinders, grinders and slicers laying around (at least 16). Have a #32 on my porch next to the door that I don't even want to think about moving
Only have two Hobart mixers with the grinder attachments. Over a 1000 lbs of plates and knives for grinders #12 --#64 plus other parts smh. Hanging Hobart scales and a couple big antique hanging scales for weighing pigs and side of beef. Have to find a place to mount them yet. Places look like the houses of horrors with this crap and all the dead critters everywhere

Need to 1/4 thaw out a couple Pork roasts and make some link sausage this week. Homemade hotdogs on the menu once I get the smoker going.

My favorite piece I had was the turn of the century U.S. Berkel Slicing Company. Talk about a Patten and workmanship of the day. Should have kept it.

Almost bought another last year but the lady wouldn't budge a nickel from her $16,000 asking price.

Good thing I'm married, if I brought a chick home I would never see her again.

Helluva collection you have there..
Most of the stuff I got were brought to the shop for a quote on repairs and later abandoned.
I rebuilt/ restored a few similar Berkel flywheel slicers like that but without the pedestal. One of my shop guys was was gifted when it came to paint and body work.. Another was and old helicopter mechanic in Nam and his father-in-law owned a Hobart franchise. Once in a while we would send him 150 miles down to Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh to repair one of their vintage 250qt mixers. No one else in their area could diagnose and fix it.
I spent 3 days at the Berkel factory when they were in Indiana. They had a historic collection on display and that's where I got my pics and technical data. They were really helpful in schooling me and generous with graphics templates. We became an authorized agent for Berkel parts and service. We were also authorized Hobart repair but only for cooking and refrigeration, walk-ins and such. but I got a nice discount for all parts.
Anyway, we would put out all the grinders and buffalo choppers in the window right before deer season. What was left over got its price knocked down just so I didn't have to move it again.
Old rebuilt Hobart 20 and 30 qt mixers were the most sought after equipment we restored and sold. Lots of people want try their hands in the pizza shop business..
The used part market is still going strong. It's the normal wear items that  get difficult to find.

Some pretty cool items. My wife would kill me if I brought any home. Already have way too many lower end kitchen appliances that don’t get enough use to justify. That turn of the century slicer would look awesome right in the middle of my kitchen!
I can just hear the beautiful sounds of my wife now. Like a robin chirping on a crisp spring morning. “When are you going to move this fuking thing”….
Stock market sure is loving the largest tax hike in US history. Don’t blame me, I sure as fuk didn’t vote for this clown!

LMAO, the left which you know, the party of free exchange of ideas, is now vandalizing property in Braddock, home of the guy who wears Carhartt, but mommy and daddy paid the bills Senator. Once again, proving if not for double standards, the left wouldn't have any

I thought the left was the party of tax and spend? Guess that has all changed. Largest tax hike in history and crashing the stock market. But hey, no response. Let’s change the subject?

Enjoy the next 4 years then the rest of your life of your grandkids never speaking to you. All because you want to show those libs. And can be even more blatantly racist? Is that what it is about? No one that I know that voted for Trump, voted for these massive tax hikes. They voted to hopefully lower inflation. Not balloon it and add a decade until they can retire. Suckers.
