I think the sun will rise and set and the moon will come out on January 20th 2025 as usual. What happens in the following 4 years as of now is anybody’s guess.

But what is most concerning to me, is how many seemingly intelligent folks  believe the hype and swallow the tripe

 Reality is both parties bite the big one. Way too many of the voters believe what they are promised over and over and over. Need big changes in how corrupt they are.
 
  Some of my buddies think they are getting a big tax break on their SS checks starting soon. First thing that will get   How dang dumb (naive) so many people are.
 
 Hope the Dems can hold it together without violence. Should be ok since the party was never brainwashed on cheating and fixed before hand. Harris conceited the way any normal person should so that is promising.   
 Enough of this bs in this country, been going on seems like forever though.

I run my own portfolio so Yea, Nice day. The Big Banks led the charge.  
Election years normally have nice positive returns. 
The last two years have had banner economic growth and returns on investment and I think we still have one more year of good returns till the "uncertainty" kicks in with the deportations, tariffs and cut backs on the chip act and infrastructure bill. 
Wish I had a crystal ball to look into 2026.

It's about time to put this subject to bed for a while. I'm going to take a fine cigar out of the humidor (a Sinistro "Last Cowboy" 6X50 Toro) and a fine libation, just enough Tennessee Fire to cover an ice cube and enjoy an evening listening to Ronda Vincent. Life ain't all that bad.

A friends employer up in Bernie land is offering classes and free  counseling services for employes traumatized by the election results.
They didn't do this for anyone when Biden won.
Ya just cant make this stuff up.
