Walz is fine. He was a schoolteacher, and specifically he has the vibe of the schoolteacher that all the kids liked.

At first glance he’s maybe kinda boring and safe, but he has been making the rounds on all the cable TV shows and he does a fantastic job of just talking, but not sounding overly rehearsed, and overall just coming across as a decent, relatable person. He really personifies that midwestern “Minnesota Nice” charm.

Pretty stark contrast to JD Vance. That’s gonna be an interesting debate.

I figure they were going to call him that. Harris said comparing resumes is like Vance being JV and Walt being Varsity. Sort of insulting to Varsity.
