Was off last week and was lucky enough weather wise to be able to spend most of it fishing the big lake. A lot of good times had by all. Fish are stacked up and feeding hard in the deeper water. Once we had our lure combo depths dialed in it was game on.
Reefs with 3 oz snap weights and thundersticks or Smithwicks on 5 colors of lead core did most of the damage but riggers really picked up the last few days too. Longest day was 4 limits in 6 hours, shortest was 4 limits in 2.5hrs. Will try adding a few pictures but honestly didn't have time to take a lot of pictures when actually fishing.

Yes sir, that's them. Very healthy they are this year. I know the ones we put in the live well( or death well however you wanna look at it) were spitting up gobies and what ever else they are gorging on. We might give it a go tomrw, if it lays down tonight as forecasted. Right now I heard 3s n 4s with 5s mixed in. No fun there.

I’m really quiet on here but don’t consider myself a troll. I don’t care about anyone’s spots or super secret bait. Just enjoy reading about local fishing. Most of the time it starts as fishing and then it ends up with this nonsense. Not a big talker but really enjoy fishing. I fish as often as possible. There’s really no other local boards for the Greensburg area so I read here. I’ve tried to make connections with people to fish but nothing ever came of it. I fish all over the area but half afraid to post sometimes because of the ridiculous replies that follow “fishing” posts. Now you can tear me up for being a troll and looking for easy fish. JMHO

Went back up today. Dispeys n worms. Some really nice, healthy fish.

Uncle Al had the bigger one on ( size #1?) at 100' and I was using the #0 on 1.5 at 170'. Tons of marks in 55-60 FOW. Was getting alittle snarly outta the South around 3ish so we bounced. Hope we get a few more days until she shuts us out till next season.
