Dead Fish

I can't ever remember seeing the number of dead fish in Trout Run that there are this year. Could it be from the fish not being handled properly after being caught, or lack of flow in the creek? Fighting a trout for five minutes or more, dragging it onto shore, getting the hook out, then of course take a photo or ten is not condusive to fish survival.

My guess is the lack of rain.  I do not think it is because of mishandling fish.  But just my 2 cents worth.

The only thing better than 1 day of fishing is 2 days of fishing.
