Hope arrests for violating the courts order and election interference follow.
The recount is mandated by law but in this case if the Democrat wins it will be forever tainted in a real big way and due to this issue likely end up in the courts in a nanosecond.
These people have only done harm.
 

McCormick is only leading by 24,000 votes.  Most of the ballots in question have missing, wrong, or illegible date written on the envelope.  Since the election officials know when the ballots were sent out and received by the barcode on the envelope, the hand written date has minimal importance.
 
I say count all ballots and fight it in court.  I think we all have learned that laws don't apply in politics.

Its very clearly written in state law, the outer envelope must have a legible signature and date on it. Its very cut/dry.
 
I voted early in person via mail in ballot at my local county election office. They really stressed this outer envelope being correct. Same with do not write anything on the yellow secrecy envelope.  
 
If you cant even correctly sign your name and date, then it should be tossed. This isn't rocket science, it elementary school level skill.

This has nothing to do with Trump or the Republicans and all to do with Democrat vote counters violating the rule of the predominantly Democrat  PA Supreme Court and openly admitting it to the press.
Nor does it have anything to do with the mandatory recount beyond that Courts finding on ballots.

In 2020, the entire Republican Party did everything in their power to try steal an election that wasn’t even really that close. And they knew it all along.

So republicans can whine and cry all they want about an election recount where PA state law actually mandates a recount because the results are within one half of a percent. And Casey can take every single one those disputed ballots to court and drag this out forever and ever just like republicans did in 2020. He probably won’t win… but just maybe he will.

And guess what? Not a single democrat has to justify it or defend it. Because the Republican Party set the precedent for how this works now.

Big difference there! Trump has the money to fight in court when lawfare was turned on him. Casey has been beggin' for 10 days now for donations to continue in court when the automatic recount shows he lost big!
 
In Pennsylvania, only 3 elections have been close enough to warrant a recount. The recounts of all of them only amounted to an average of 347 votes.
 
But I'm still asking myself how so many people did not, could not, would not follow simple directions clearly marked on the envelopes. Maybe it's best they can't count their votes. Obviously they're just to stupid to act responsibly, let alone have an actual say in government.
