05/12/22 ???

Was staring at the Trout Run web cam this morning (like always).  Lake was flat - weather nice.
 
I noticed a few boats out.  Its a little early for eyes.  A little late for steel.  Were they out after smallies?  Or pleasure boaters out working the kinks out?
 
What say you?

    Its most likely a walleye angler. We've begun to already get some Walleye here. Nothing crazy like over in Ohio. This time of year I like to drift and jig bucktails with crawlers on them. Its always good for a couple of fish if you can find some rock piles. TIGHT LINES!
