Best Yough boat?

Hi all. Ive had flat bottoms, canoes, and older inflatable pontoons. I live on the Yough in a shallow area and have a good trolling motor I use on a canoe. Getting up and down the easiest is key. Pulling the canoe gets old. Any advice on maybe an inflatable setup or a pontoon with a motor mount? What drafts best and is your opinion of the best fishing setup? Please and thank you.

     But if the 50 is out of range an 20 or 25 will do great also.

    What about one of the newer fishing kayaks, like the Hobies with mirage drive.
