beaver run hunting

Earlier this spring I read an article in the Tribune review that stated that the Westm'd Cnty Water Authority was going to permit deer hunting on its property this year to slow down the damage that deer were doing on their property. I haven't heard any more about it.  Does anyone have any info on it ?   sam
