Salmon River Fishing Report 9/25/19
Tuesday (9/24) brought some cooler weather conditions with some scattered rain as well. Most anglers reported having found at least a few fish and hooking up at least once. As of today, Kings are starting to dominate the catch reports. Some anglers are reporting a few Browns and Cohos, with some steelhead thrown in there as well. The number of steelhead in the river is definitely on the rise. Overall, there is some really good movement in the river being reported. Kings are starting to move in groups of 2's and 5's. Both Fly Fishing Zones are reportedly productive as of this morning. Productive patterns continue to be estaz eggs and sucker spawn, as well as zonkers, conehead muddlers, and woolly buggers.
