Salmon River Fishing Report 9/20/19
Much like most reports the last few days, fishing at first light was excellent. As the sun started to come out more, the bite slowed down. The lower section seems to be fishing considerably better than the mid section although the upper section has fished well. Wednesday (9/19) brought calm conditions and plenty of sunshine. The nights have been in the cooler temperature with things heating up during the day. There have been plenty of Kings being reported throughout the river with the Ballpark and Black Hole spots producing a hefty amount of fish. Productive patterns continue to be estaz eggs, sucker spawn, beadhead woolly buggers, zonkers, and egg sucking leeches.
