Casual Lake Fishing

This weekend I am making to trip up to the Ohio side (Port Clinton Area) to visit some family. We are taking out a pontoon for the day on the lake for some R&R....bringing up some gear to wet a line and thought maybe I could get some suggestions on what I might throw for some smallies and/or perch.

Thanks

Tubes, Tubes and more Tubes for smallmouth. As for perch, they sell perch rigs, or you could drift with round ball jig, or shallow enough in that western basin, minnow on a hook with split shot.
