Hey all,
Hope everyone is doing well, been forever since i posted.
Anyway, does anyone know if Perry Sportsmans still stocks in and around the Whitsett area?

to my knowledge Smithton & west newton anything happens above that I have no clue . heck trout season is already over in WN. this was the 3rd week of trout fishing down there .

The 3 additional stockings are only going to happen if there was enough $ raised... haven't heard if thats the case

west newton is done stocking the river Sewickley creek in 2 weeks that's it .

I was mistaken....
See the "*"
"if required to meet the $15k goal"
that would be if they were unable to stock any of the 3 times in March... then April would be used to meet stocking goals
(All march dates were stocked at $5k each)
5k per week... 3 weeks = 15k
i.e. if the river was blown out one for the march dates, they could use an April date to make up

ya . I worked hard to catch fish last weekend real hard worked a lot of water . It will be a rough first week down there for the waders under the bridge . move up river and throw everything you got .

where you put in at whitset ? I know its low water but smallies got to be great up there from the water i seen

Depends on the boat... drift boat can slide in over the bank at the end of town. There is also a private ramp that yough canoe (and others) use

I seen that West Newton posted that on FB, i was unaware of Whitsett Sportsman's but look forward to supporting them. I will be there Sunday if its not blown out from rain
