Will they still hit dry flies?

I'm thinking of going out to a stream for the first time tomorrow if the weather is good. 

I have size 12 and 14 flies. I'm not going to fish for anything in particular. I was wondering if I can still expect fish to hit dry flies fairly well at this time of year in north central Illinois?
