greenlick fishing derby

Jacob's Creek Waterway Assoc. will be holding their 2nd annual fishing derby Tomorrow July 14th,at Greenlick lake. All proceeds go to help with their conservation & clean-up efforts. There will be awards in each age class (under 16 & over 16 yrs) There is an $8 fee for adults.Under 16 free. The time is from 8am-1pm. There will be door prizes also.     There was a nice turnout at the lake to-day.It was nice to see so many fathers with their young'ns. Also the group signed up some new members & there was a lot of door prizes given out. I had to leave before the weigh-in ,so I don't know if there was any big fish brought in.The volunteers did a great job as usual & deserve a lot of credit.  sam
