Creek fishing early

Seen couple guys putting on waders @ the loyalhanna yesterday up in Ligonier you can fish that for trout early can't seem to find any info . I'm off Monday would like to throw some flys .

    Linn Run and Loyalhanna Creek (from Zimmerman Run downstream to SR 981) are off limits, otherwise its open.

    Zimmerman Run ? they were in the parking area below Tabaco shop where the cops sit  . thanks

    Yea Zimmerman run is right near where 381 meets 30.
