ANY CONSTRUCTIVE COMMENTS OR HELP: where to start for Steelhead in Penna Conneaut Creek?

30years experience fishing Erie tribs for Steelhead..... 95% time on Elk. Recently retired so really want to explore additional opportunities ... particularly Crooked Creek and Penna. part of Conneaut.  Any suggestions on where to legally access potential steelhead water ???     The Ohio section of the Conny is far better than the Penna. section,their license is cheap.

    Conny is long deeper creek, fish scatter easy, nothing like the easy pickings on Elk and Walnut !Rare to sight fish due to tea colored deeper water, much more challenging, big numbers of hook ups just don't happen on average. You earn your fish here !
