Boat Shops for engine repair

Where are you guys in the area taking your motors to get worked on ? I need to get some carbs checked.

Other than Rt.8 and Boat Fish Fun.

Ed. where are you willing to travel?

Jamestown, PA has several boat sales as does Conneaut Lake and there is a reputable mechanic in Orangeville.

BIG BOBBER Not to be a A** hole , But Doug and his son are a freaking rip off I have been there a couple times and EVERYTIME I got robbed. NEVER FIXING any problem with ANY of the motors.  FACT !!!  ED DO NOT GO HERE !!!  Found a guy that works on Johnson's and Evinrude's but not Merc's.  Keystone marine just outside Ellwood Is pretty good Has fixed everything I have Taken there and for a FAIR price.

I have to agree with Bighead. I haven't had any wonderful experience there either. Two times, two tmes spent money and the problems not solved. Spent double money taking it elsewhere.
