dpms The elitists that forget that those fisherman with their bobbers and heavy shot have just as much right to be there enjoying themselves and deserve just as much respect as everyone else.... This isn't sustenance fishing, it is sport. Sport is about having fun. If you catch 3 instead of 10, life goes on. I would much rather see the novice floating the big bobber and a egg sack catch one than the elitists with the $3000 worth of gear and heads bigger than the volume of their Simms waders.

When they reduce others enjoyment and ruin a fishing experience for others around them, then they deserve no respect.

 Rude and obnoxious behavior is one thing. But, that was not the example pointed out. Fishing is fishing and everyone has their way of fishing and enjoying the sport. If the person with the bobber and heavy shot has the prime position in the hole, so be it. Fish around em or go somewhere else. The elitists just don't get how ignorant they are and most never will.

 Just what is this elitist you speak of ???Expensive gear ??? You get what you pay for. You want to use a snoopy rod go for it.  Why bash a man because he chooses to and can afford better equipment than you.Expensive clothing ??? You want to use a garbage bag for a rain coat? Go for it.  You all sound like its the "so called" eletist that have put their time in. spent their money so they can use the best equipment for the job are the problem..  The clueless are the problem. Not what gear they are using... The tool box is full of the uninformed and the elite snobs seem to be few and far between.. Shout out to Charty.... Mabee you could bring up your arrow gun (hopefully not an Elitist new top of the line gun) so you can weed out these elitists....

 Novice fisherman are not and never were the problem. It is the elitist who feel entitled to the perfect drift and presentation without it being disturbed by other fisherman who have every right to be there and fish how they wish, especially if they were first to the prime spot.

Elitist or not if some dude woke his *ss up early enough to get into a spot and some other **** shows up and jumps in.  The late comer is the *sshole.  The above mentality is the problem.  Common courtesy would be to have the decency to ask if the early riser minded **** jumping in...[sm=****.gif]
