Conny is one long high flowing creek. Fish can go for miles almost daily.
Here today gone tomorrow. Very challenging to even seasoned fishermen, and yes it's information is not advertised.......and that's the Conny way.
You earn your fish on Conny they don't come easy like Pa. creeks !

I fish Ohio more than Pa. and Conneaut Creek is prime waters with lots of good fishing and I have never had the combat fishing experience. I have seen people trying to catch perch from under my boat, I don't get excited I just catch more !

I used to know a Conny that was deep and wide and smelled like fish. Not sure that will help though.

one of the zipperlip info streams......... although being a ohio stream i remember a better spring run manistee strain makes this stream better late winter spring season than our domesticated fall steelbow run in pa

I would tell you where there are some excellent spots out of the way easy to get to but I don't like combat fishing.

just curious, you fishing Pa side, Ohio or both? For younz fishing the Ohio side. be advised, our nav river laws differ substantially from Pa's The land owner owns the stream bed . Only the water is public use ...meaning, if/when you step out of your canoe , yak or toon on posted land, you're trespassing ..L.T.A.
