No gobbling

Haven't heard any gobbling in 2 weeks.  They quit gobbling.  Anyone else seeing this?  I did call in a gobbler Tuesday but he came in quiet and to my left and slightly behind me.  Was 20 feet from me until I saw him and he saw me.   Needless to say I did not get him.   No gobblers since.  Still have 2 days left.

The only thing better than 1 day of fishing is 2 days of fishing.

I worked a bird the last day for 4 hours. best I could do is I got him to 50 yards. Doe walked in behind me snorting. He headed up creek bed. With all the cicada noise i was able to circle him. BUt he took the left branch of the creek, Itook the right.

Heard 2 gobblers the last day.  Two hens came between me and the gobblers.  The hens were not interested.  They just walked away.  They quit gobbling and walked away.
