PGC set 2016-17 seasons.

 Yea made a few minor changes with bear hunting,Turkey,and rabbit seasons. Still kept deer seasons the same pretty much,they also felt the need to raise doe tags up a few thousand,just to keep the ever raising deer herd in check.lol   No matter how much hunters beg them to change the deer seasons it's just not going to happen.
