Riddle me this... Used boat pricing

So someone tell me how this 2005 Sylvan is $20k on craigslist, but this 2004 Lund is only $9050?  Pretty much exactly the same boat.  The Lund listing is really half-efforting it, ut at that price it is going to sell pretty fast so they probably didn't want to bother.  Doesn't list the engine, but at a glance that's at LEAST a 90 merc, likely bigger.  Can't see that being a $10k difference.  
 
Meanwhile there's a 22ft Trophy hardtop listed for $7750 that is a LOT of boat.  Though I can understand why you'd pass on that for the aluminum jobber if you weren't a strictly big water guy.  
 
Oh, honorable mention to the 14ft Starcraft from New Castle that's been listed over and over since early spring.  If that guy reads this board... come on guy.  Nobody is willing to pay you $3k for that boat.  You're going to have to drop the price at some point to sell it.  The market for a little bit too small tiller bare bones with a 9.9 is just not strong.  
 
Anyway, just bored at work surfin the listings.  

OMG  I can see it now, shirtless man wearing a speedo, hair blowing in the wind as he tows screaming kids [for a nominal fee] on a replica of the Loch Ness Monster across the wake he created, while flying around Shenango in his new Lund.

The sylvan is priced about right. That lund is likely a scam, or sold within an hour for deal of the decade. the 22ft trophy, well it's a value boat and you can find em anywhere. Market is flooded with used trophys.
